- Shipping cost in all areas all across Egypt is set to 25 L.E only!
- Standard shipping time:
– Cairo & Alexandria: 24-48 hours.
– Canal & Delta: 2-4 working days.
– Upper Egypt: 5-7 working days
- You can return your unopened/undamaged product within 14 days for 25 L.E shipping cost. For the exchange, to exchange your order with another one after you have received it and it is in good condition, the cost of exchange is 50 L.E.
- As for refunds, it takes from 2-4 working days for any refunds to take place. Refunds are also within 14 days from the purchase date.
