How can I return & exchange/refund policies?

Returns / Exchange & Refund of unused/undamaged products are acceptable within 14 days from delivery date.

 

Shipping fees of returns is 30 L.E and 60 L.E for exchanges.

 

Refunds take place within 2-5 working days and is done through vodafone/orange/etisalat cash services.
